[theme/base] upvote/downvote colors are not colorblind-friendly and mousing over upvote hides the score/downvoteThe issue with the score and buttons disappearing should now be fixed, although it might only be on the dev server at the moment. The coloring issue is a bit trickier. This is the full color palette that the base theme comes with:  I've tried a range of the blues and they're all pretty hard to tell apart. Might need input from @koa_lala about how we should approach this
